I created this space because I’m frustrated.
Frustrated by how hard it is to find a company that actually walks the walk on ethics and inclusion. Frustrated by the constant excuse-making, “It’s just business” or “That’s how it is.”
No. That’s how it was.
We’re not doing that anymore.
We can’t keep turning a blind eye to the normalization of layoffs, legal loopholes, and industry-standard practices that actively harm the people just trying to get by.
Whether you’re an employee or a consumer, unethical business behavior has become so routine that it’s practically invisible, but it’s shaping our lives. In this economy, most of us are barely staying afloat while corporations throw us the weight of their broken systems.
Let me be clear:
When the top rating on your performance review is deliberately withheld for policy reasons, that’s wrong.
When layoffs are the first move during financial shifts, that’s wrong.
When leadership teams are all cut from the same demographic cloth while waving DEI banners, that’s wrong.
When companies use bloated processes, hidden policies, and legal fine print to exhaust their own customers, that’s wrong.
When fake job listings are posted or applicants are run through endless interviews with no intention of hiring, that’s wrong.
And those are just a few examples. I could give you a thousand more, from firsthand experience.
That’s why I built this platform-turned-movement. To denormalize all of it. To call out the rot, uplift the ones doing it right, and rewrite what’s acceptable in modern business. To help and unite those who want to grow and learn more.
Businesses who walk the walk will be highlighted.
Those who don’t? We name names.
If you’re here, I know you’re someone who gives a damn. You’re probably already holding yourself to a higher standard. I’m not asking for perfection; we’re all learning. But we need each other. So here’s what this space is for:

Let’s unite. Let’s raise the bar. Let’s refuse to accept “just business” as an excuse for harm.
